To promote the development of a larger number of public libraries in the Family Islands
To foster interest in the Library Cadet Programme in the schools
To increase children's and summer programmes in the public libraries
Set up online catalogues for all libraries
Expand the National Library and Information Services Website bahamaslibraries.org (bahlibs.org)
